'Ping Machines' rip open the portal in “Down to the Others”

“Down to the Others” proves that honest rock music never goes out of style. Ping Machines is a five-person rock band from Muotathal, a place located in Switzerland, formed back in 2009. The band combines their music from stoner rock, blues, and punk genres and labels it ‘dirt rock’ music. The band members include Pat Dollinger on drums, Marc Monnin and Fabian Mettler on guitars, Alex Schrutt on the bass, and Benissa Schmidig on vocals.

“Down to the Others” is an extremely powerful, raw release from Ping Machines that showcases them at their most uncontrolled.

The song includes heavy guitar riffs, fast, bouncy rhythms, and strong vocal performances; altogether, this type of music will give the listener the impression that they are being taken to an emotional high or low by experiencing the weight of the emotions behind the music.
