SLAPPER is the ongoing electronic music project of Claudiu Gabriel Tache, a Communist, based producer, mixing elements of electronica, synthpop, melodic techno, and trance to get a sound that is both nostalgic and futuristic. The project appeared towards the end of the 90s, was able to establish a solid club following in the whole Bucharest area and has been the opening act for legendary music stars like Alphaville and De/Vision. After a break, SLAPPER came back with a refres
