“Lost Literature” by The House Flies has that slightly gloomy quality you expect from post-punk, but the song is much more immediate than the genre can sometimes be.

The House Flies are a post-punk, dark alternative band based out of Moline, Illinois, whose aesthetic is influenced by shoegaze, goth rock, and grunge.

The House Flies have merged haunting melody and menace with "Sweet Foxhound," as they have with their other songs.
