“Before My Eyes” is the proof that The Radio Addicts are not only on the way up, but they are also tearing the roof off.

The Radio Addicts are a teenage indie rock band and are being referred to as “Manchester’s next generation of Rock & Roll stars.” After coming together in 2024, the band has experienced a meteoric rise to fame, thanks to their tours, appearances at festivals, and airplay on radio stations worldwide. Their first vinyl EP "MMXXV" was sold out even two months before release and thus became the most favored work of the fans who collect vinyl records. The band, known for its overwhelming vitality, has catchy tunes. A fiercely energetic indie rock anthem that turns teen angst into something victorious.
“Before My Eyes” is one of the best works of the Radio Addicts when they pour out their emotions and display their huge self-assurance all at the same time.

The song is a very short time span of the whole history of punk, which is less than 15 seconds of the speed guitar riff, and it is later followed by the explosion of the drums and bass. Luke Cardwell gives one of his most heart-rending vocal performances. The lyrics deal with the increasing speed of life, broken homes, and the anxiety of a comparing culture for modern youth that, together, show the band's maturity far beyond their age.
The song’s chorus, strengthened with its “Oh! Oh!” line, is built especially for the people who attend festivals and particularly for their live concerts. The band not only manages to capture their extraordinary live energy in the studio with Andy Dawson’s help, but also mark “Before My Eyes” as their most daring and most successful release so far with this track.
