Scott Yoder's "Feather Light" is something everyone can relate to.

Trying to get out of his comfort shell, Scott Yoder reaches out to the art of music and releases "Feather Light."

Influenced by reading Broken Wings by Lebanese-American poet Kahlil Gibran, Scott Yoder has released his latest music marvel, "Feather Light." Infusing rock with a little bit of indie and pop, Scott has shown his dedication to music in this record. The artist, in his own time, prefers to be alone: "Self-contained. Introspective. Cerebral." To get over this habit of being in an isolated atmosphere, he has released this track in an attempt to connect with the world.

"This track revolves around the theme of love and loss, and immense joy."

Broken Wings, the book that inspired this release, shelters the story of a man who lost his first love, which the artist could relate to, just like most of the world. Raised on a steady diet of Marilyn Manson, NIN, and, of course, Nirvana, Scott's music is a mix of indie and classic rock tunes. "Feather Light" is a warm, radiant song that feels like it's from the pages torn out of Scott's personal diary.
