“There's Something In The Wind”: Dark, chilling, and suspenseful soundtrack.

Scott Swain is an artist based in London whose work is known for his cinematic storytelling and the creation of a haunting atmosphere, often resembled to be from noir. The sound of his music is a combination of the energy from the rock bands like Queens of the Stone Age, The Smashing Pumpkins, and Radiohead, and the vastness of UNKLE. Swain makes the listeners plunge into his dark worlds through his music, where tension, dread, and human frailty are the recurring themes. He views himself as a storyteller and "short films in sound," and while doing them, he moves us through different genres.
"There's Something in the Wind" is an absolutely beautiful, minimal, very intense, and psychologically persuasive track.

What this song mainly does is it takes the inspiration of the Stephen King novel and classic film Misery, and creates a layered ambience, and it produces a unique atmosphere with the sonic textures. The drumming by Jack G Wrench is incredible, and Swain's singing is an absolute measure, with his deep voice, storytelling, and unique perspective.
