"Nobody is Coming to Save Us" by Peejmudd – A cinematic journey through sound.

"Nobody is Coming to Save Us" is a deeply touching track that combines strings and glitch, evoking raw emotion in cinematic electronica.
Peejmudd

Peejmudd, an electronic artist from Chico, is known for his impressive and emotive instrumental works, which resemble film soundtracks that he has been producing since 2010. Taking inspiration from Kiasmos, Moby, Nine Inch Nails, and Boys Noize, to name a few, his music mixes minimal strings and glitchy beats in such a way that it gives you a feel of a vast and catchy sound. For his mostly emotional, albeit experimental, pieces, people often mention his one-of-a-kind style of fusing new sound and electronica. As much with the March album fight to keep from sinking as with the May single Six Years Later, he has a unique vision leading to his next single and the first live performance at the Fringe Festival.

"Nobody is Coming to Save Us" is a gut-wrenching and radiant single that demonstrates Peejmudd's command over cinematic electronica.

It begins with heavy strings that construct an emotional center and freeze your mind for quite a while, then with instrumental music playing with glitchy rhythms, creating tension and texture. It has an urgency to it, yet it remains minimalist in elegance, finding a balance between fragility and intensity. The layered production unfolds new information with every beat you hear, and it is both interesting and stimulating.

It's more than a song; it's a soundtrack to unexpressed emotions—a progression of Peejmudd's work where he becomes an artist unafraid to challenge the scene and cross its limits.
